Dear customers,
In order to provide better service quality, please note MSI is going to apply the following rules for warranty return of Intel 775 socket motherboard from 1 Nov, 2005.
Special warranty instruction for Intel 775 socket Motherboard only:
CPU Socket Protective cap is essential for warranty return of all Intel 775 socket motherboard .

For motherboard return for warranty without CPU socket protective cap , any damages made on the CPU socket/pins is liable to customers . MSI will regard these motherboards as physical damaged by customer/ out of warranty item .

For motherboard return for warranty with CPU socket protective cap, if there is any damage made on the CPU socket/pins. MSI will charge $44 (GST inclusive) +Freight charge to fix/ replace motherboard. If customer is unwilling to pay the repair charge, then the motherboard will be returned as it is.
