Term and Conditions

MSI Computer (Australia) warrants its product import
in Australia to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
during its manufactory warranty period. Warranty period starts from
the date of original purchase from MSI Standard manufactory period
specified for the product can be found from

table.

Warranty Coverage:
If product is proved to be faulty, MSI reserves
the right to repair the product or replace with the same product.
Repair or replace product will be warranted for the remainder of
the original warranty. Replacement product may include new, remanufactured
or refurnished parts.
Any DOA (Dead On Arrival) claim must be within 7 day of original purchase date from MSI. In this case, MSI will
provide brand new replacement if original item have been shipped
back in full and item have been truly identified as faulty.
MSI will provide ONE-WAY
freight free of charge via courier in returning the product to the
customer.
Note:
CPU Protective Cap is essential for warranty return of all Intel 775 socket motherboard.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Failure or effect caused by misuse, physical
damage, unusual heavy use, improper assembly, improper maintenance,
unauthorized repair or modification, or any causes externally
such as natural disaster, power surge and excessive heat. MSI
will not repair or replace product that has not been sold or leased
to customer.
- Label and serial number invalid or unreadable
- Item damaged during normal wears and tears
- The product will be at the owner's risk whilst
in transit to and from the MSI service center.
- Incompatibility issue
- MSI is not responsible for any damages or loss
of any data due to hardware and MSI software failure
- Installation, removal and relocation of products
or any accessories
- Any extension warranty offered by place of purchase
are independent of MSI
- MSI reserves the right to change this policy
without advance further notice
- MSI Warranty does NOT include software issue and MSI will return the product to customer without fixing the software issue. Any fixing for software issue, MSI will charge labor fee and MSI will contact with the customer for the issue.
Note:
In the event that a product needs to be returned
to MSI for service, customer must obtain RMA
number from MSI in advance and this number must be clearly printed
on the outside of the box. MSI reserve the right to reject all items
without an RMA number under any condition.
