RMA Number Request Procedure and Shipping Information

(For Distributors and Authorized Resellers only)

Note: CPU Protective Cap is essential for warranty return of all Intel 775 socket motherboard.

  1. Fill in RMA Form:
    • Download RMA Form and fill in all required details with proof of purchase receipt.

      Please be aware that MSI Computer Australia is “Not” responsible for any damages during transit due to poor packing.  It is customer's responsibility to pack the notebook well for transit purpose.  This condition must be agreed by customer before this warranty request can be processed. If in doubt, please contact MSI warranty department.A copy of the RA form must be signed and included with warranty item for warranty process purpose.RA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. MSI reserves the right to reject all items without an RMA number under any condition.

       

     

    • PO Box address won't be accepted as delivery address as courier company requires proof of delivery
    • Serial number can be found from the back of the motherboard and start with a Model/Marketing Name and followed by 10-digit number
      eg. K7N2Delta-ILSR0302002379 or MS6533XG-L0301005678

  2. Submit Form:
    • RMA form can be email to rma@msicomputer.com.au
    • Purchase invoice must also be submitted at the same time for verification. RMA number will not be issued if all required details are not given.
  3. Returns and Shipping Information:
    • Please be aware that MSI Computer Australia is “Not” responsible for any damages during transit due to poor packing.  It is customer responsibility to pack the notebook well for transit purpose. Customer must agree to this condition before this warranty request can be processed. If in doubt please contact MSI warranty department.

    • Accessories, spare parts and non-MSI products should not be included in the shipment. MSI is not responsible for any unauthorized return material or parts Accessories include: Cables, Driver CD, software CD, Manual and Back panel etc.
    • If possible, pack each motherboard, graphic card and optical drive in anti static bag. please use separate boxes for each item. MSI is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
    • Customer need to cover one-way freight charge for the delivery to MSI. No collect shipment will be accepted. MSI reserves the right to reject any RA item with charge due, even a RMA number have been issued.
